Segment rounding machine


Characteristics:
Rounds automatically sheet metal blanks into segments.
  • Diameters: 5 to 23 inch ( 125 to 600 mm )
  • Length: up to 24 inch ( 600 mm )
  • Sheet metal thickness: 26 to 20 ga (0,5 - 1,0 mm)

Main features of this machine:
  • Production: to approx. 1700 Segment Pieces per hour (with Ø 200 mm)
  • Automatic machine, takes blanks from stack
  • Attitudes of the diameters over the operating panel
  • Can be hooked up to stitchwelder TORMEC CM-L1 and TORMEC CM 20-T
    thus rounding of segments in the sequence of welding machine possible
